Mount Union differs from other institutions because of the small classroom sizes and the great support for faculty to ensure student's have accessibility to state-of-the-art equipment for individualized learning needs. Mount Union has a smaller "hometown" campus feeling, but with all the "big" campus activities.
Mount Union's Nursing Program
The nursing faculty are energic and dedicated to the success of each and every student. Seeing our nursing student's clinical judgment skills increase from year to year is the best! Add graduation, passing NCLEX, news of graduate's first job offering are all my favorites. I have the pleasure of organizing interdisciplinary education simulation experiences with students and faculty from Mount Union's Nursing, Physician Assistant, and Theater programs. Providing students learning opportunities that focus on interdisciplinary collaboration is a great asset we have here at the University of Mount Union.
