Choosing the Right University
I have lived in Alliance my entire life and have always loved to be on the Mount Union campus. I love the size, students, and faculty. I was lucky to receive the Trustee Scholarship and Manzilla Award. I am given the resources to thrive and function to the best of my abilities. I have been surrounded by faculty and staff that has welcomed me home. To anyone looking at colleges – be as open minded as possible. Do not set limits! Explore every option and ultimately do what is best for you.
Nursing at UMU
I chose nursing as my major to hopefully save lives and better the experiences of those going through their toughest times in life. The nursing labs are my absolute FAVORITE part of the nursing program. They are so helpful when learning each subject. The nursing program is extremely student oriented and shows true passion for developing well rounded and talented nurses! I want to become a certified registered nurse anesthetist! Mount Union is preparing me for this road by giving me the opportunity to become a registered nurse.
