Career Goals
I loved working out and exercise science was the best choice for me. As I took courses throughout the major, I realized how much more there is to the field and it made me love it even more. I want to become an exercise physiologist, and Mount Union has given me the opportunity to practice real world situations. Like gaining research skills by conducting tests on members of the wrestling team. Being the sport science coach for the men's wrestling team has allowed me to envision myself in the setting that I'll be working in as a post-graduate.

Dr. Barrett has greatly impacted my experience as my professor and advisor. He has helped me out tremendously; he is always putting me in situations to challenge myself and thrive in my academic career. I know that I can reach out to him with any questions I have or when I simply want to talk.
