Did you know? Donors make a difference!

Each fall, the University of Mount Union celebrates Philanthropy Week on campus. Hosted by The Mount Union Fund, Philanthropy Week celebrates the generosity of Mount Union donors, while building awareness and a culture of philanthropy on campus.

Please join us for a week of virtual-themed days and fun activities to celebrate the impact of our donors – including alumni, parents, employees, students, and friends – and to highlight the importance of “paying it forward” as part of the greater Mount Union community.

  • Monday, November 11, 2024 | Where in the World is MUCaw?

    As we kick off Philanthropy Week 2024, MUCaw wants you to know the direct impact donor support has on your Mount Union experience. There are 10 hidden MUCaws around campus and the first 10 students to find a MUCaw cutout on campus and post a photo using #UMUGivesThanks will win a prize! (one prize per student)

    Today, we recognize young alumni who give back to support their University of Mount Union family.  Join us @universityofmountunion as we highlight the many reasons why young alumni choose to give back by supporting the Mount Union Fund.

    Students can be donors, too! Today, we recognize current students who give back to support their fellow Raiders’ Mount Union experiences. Join us @universityofmountunion as we highlight the many reasons why current Raiders choose to give back to the Mount Union Fund.

  • Thursday, November 14, 2024 | Thankful Thursday!

    Each year, nearly 3,000 Mount Union Fund donors support your education! Help us celebrate them by coloring our giant THANK YOU coloring page in Campus Grounds of HPCC. Then, join the Marketing 371 class for the Fall Giving Festival from 5 to 9 p.m. in the HPCC. Snacks, activities, and giveaways will be provided!

  • Friday, November 15, 2024 | Faculty and Staff Appreciation!

    We are in this together! Today, we recognize the hundreds of faculty and staff members who give back to directly support your Mount Union experience. Look for an employee wearing their Mount Union Fund t-shirt and say, “Thank You!”
